A stay and play session for families with children 0-5 years old. Includes access to our large garden and play area, mud kitchen, ride on toys, role play and construction areas, book corner, messy play and much more. Contact the centre for more information.
A Space To Come
Tuesdays 9.30am – 11.00am
A friendly, welcoming group for families with children who have special educational needs or disabilities or who have concerns about their child’s development. A safe environment for children to play while adults can meet other families in similar situations and have a cuppa and natter. Get advice from our team whilst your child plays.
A one to one support programme is also available for parents/carers by referral. Contact the centre for more information and what support we can offer you.
The Be You Club!
Tuesdays 3.15pm – 4.45pm (term time)
A calm, safe environment including a range of activities and games for families with school children aged 4 to 11 years old, promoting wellbeing and confidence. Siblings welcome. Includes a toasted snack and drink! Run jointly by the Red Oak Family Centre and the YMCA Horley Young People & Family Centre.

Baby and Me
Thursdays 1.30pm- 2.30pm
A friendly baby group for families with pre-walking babies aged 0-12 months. The group focuses on the first year of your baby, giving friendly advice and information on baby development and your emotional wellbeing. Come along and meet other new parents in your local area.

Timperley Gardens Playtime – During school holidays!
We will only be running activities at Timperley Gardens Scout Hut during school holidays.
Please look out on the website and our Facebook page for details of all the upcoming events and activities!
We will let you know what is happening and when! All the events and sessions will be for the whole family with children 0-5 years old living in Timperley Gardens (older siblings welcome during the school holidays). The 7th Reigate Scout Hut, Timperley gardens, Redhill RH1 2AR.

The Parenting Puzzle
This is a 4 or 10-week Parenting courses run regularly throughout the year depending on demand.
We all want family life to be fun, happy and loving but at various times things can get in the way of this and it can be hard to see a way to get back on track and re-discover the fun and comfort of family life. For most of us it easier to make changes when we are able to share ideas and have the support of others. In these sessions together with a small group of other parents and two trained facilitators, you will work your way through the Parenting Puzzle course material together hopefully with many laughs along the way. Please call the centre for more information, to put your name down for a course and to find out when the next course will be running.
Talking Teens
Book in advance
A 4 week course to learn about adolescent brain development and to give parents ideas and strategies to maintain boundaries, motivation & support for young people. Suitable for parents of children from year 5 upwards.

Introducing Family Foods
These one-off sessions are run by the NHS Child and Family Health Team. These sessions look at how to introduce your baby to family foods.
The session is suitable for parents of babies aged 4-6 months. Babies welcome to attend too!
